בקצרה: ימים מסופקת "כמו שהיא", לשימוש אישי. הנתונים שלכם נשמרים על המכשיר שלכם ובאחריותכם. הרכישה החד־פעמית נעשית דרך החנויות ומטופלת לפי כלליהן.
השימוש באפליקציה
ימים מיועדת לשימוש אישי ליצירת אירועי ספירה לאחור וספירת ימים, ווידג'טים והתראות. אין להשתמש באפליקציה למטרות בלתי חוקיות או באופן שפוגע באחרים.
הנתונים שלכם
האירועים וההגדרות נשמרים על המכשיר שלכם. גיבוי, שמירה או אובדן של המידע (למשל בעת מחיקת האפליקציה או החלפת מכשיר) הם באחריותכם.
קישורים לשיתוף
קישור שיתוף מקודד את פרטי האירוע בתוך הכתובת. באחריותכם לשתף קישורים רק עם מי שאתם רוצים שיראה את תוכן האירוע.
רכישות
הפתיחה המלאה היא רכישה חד־פעמית (ללא מנוי) המתבצעת דרך Apple App Store או Google Play. מדיניות התשלום, ההחזרים ושחזור הרכישה כפופה לתנאי החנות הרלוונטית.
אחריות
האפליקציה מסופקת "כמו שהיא" (AS IS), ללא אחריות מכל סוג. איננו אחראים לנזק ישיר או עקיף כתוצאה מהשימוש או מאי־היכולת להשתמש באפליקציה, לרבות פספוס התראה או אובדן נתונים.
שינויים
אנו עשויים לעדכן את התקנון מעת לעת. המשך השימוש לאחר עדכון מהווה הסכמה לתנאים המעודכנים.

The short version: Yamim is provided "as is", for personal use. Your data lives on your device and is your responsibility. The one-time purchase is made through the app stores and handled under their rules.
Using the app
Yamim is for personal use to create countdown and day-counter events, widgets, and reminders. Do not use the app for unlawful purposes or in a way that harms others.
Your data
Your events and settings are stored on your device. Backup, retention, or loss of that data (for example when deleting the app or switching devices) is your responsibility.
Share links
A share link encodes the event details inside its URL. It is your responsibility to share links only with people you want to see the event content.
Purchases
The full unlock is a one-time purchase (no subscription) made through the Apple App Store or Google Play. Payment, refunds, and purchase restoration are subject to the relevant store's terms.
Warranty
The app is provided "AS IS", without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any direct or indirect damage arising from use or inability to use the app, including a missed reminder or data loss.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
